Strong southerly Chinook winds are expected to blow across the
Alaska Range from late Monday night through early Wednesday.
On Tuesday, temperatures are expected to approach 60 degrees.
The strong Chinook winds are expected to keep temperatures above
freezing from Monday through Wednesday across most of the
southeast interior. These warm temperatures will cause significant
snow melt to begin across the southeast interior this week.
