North winds 10 to 15 knots. Cloudy with a chance of rain. Areas of fog. Waves 4 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet.
Tonight
Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Cloudy. Areas of fog in the evening. A chance of rain through midnight...then rain late. Waves subsiding to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.
Thursday
Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots backing west 15 to 25 knots late. Rain...possibly mixed with freezing rain. A chance of snow in the afternoon...then snow likely late. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
Thursday Night
Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of snow showers...possibly mixed with rain through midnight...then a slight chance of snow showers after midnight. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.
Friday
West winds 10 to 15 knots. Gusts up to 22 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 5 PM EDT
Thursday with the largest waves expected around 5 PM EDT
Wednesday.
