          visibilities to zero for several hours.

          Further snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected today.

Severe wind warning for:
          Sainte-Anne-des-Monts - Grande-Vallee.

          West winds gusting to 90 km/h are expected today.

a storm just north of Anticosti island will move across western
Labrador this afternoon. Heavy snow can be expected ahead and to
the west of the storm while strong winds are forecast in the wake
of it. The combination of strong winds and snow will also cause
blowing snow locally and reduced visibilities.
