==Discussion==
a storm just north of Sept-Iles will move over western Labrador this
afternoon. Heavy snowfall is expected ahead and west of the storm,
and strong winds in its wake. The combination of strong winds and
snow will also cause blowing snow locally and strongly reduced the
visibilities. Snowsqualls have developed over the last hours and will
affect the Lower North shore through the night.
