Heaviest snow is expected this morning. * Temperatures... mid and upper 20s. * Winds... winds will become northwest and increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 40 mph. Blowing and drifting snow will reduce visibilities to between one quarter and one half a mile at times... producing near- blizzard conditions. Precautionary/preparedness actions...
