McClain and Oklahoma. In northern Oklahoma...Garfield and Grant. In northwest Oklahoma...Alfalfa...Blaine...Dewey... Ellis...Harper...major...Woods and Woodward. In southern Oklahoma...Garvin. In southwest Oklahoma...Caddo. In western Oklahoma...Custer...Roger Mills and Washita.

* From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday evening

* rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts

* several inches of rain may cause areal flooding...elevated creeks and rivers.
