Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots veering north less than 10 knots by mid afternoon. Sunny. Waves subsiding to calm to 2 feet.
Sunday Night
Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy through midnight...then cloudy with a slight chance of rain showers after midnight. Waves building to 1 to 3 feet.

* Wind and waves during the small craft advisory: expect sustained winds of up to 29 knots from the northwest...with gusts up to 39 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 9 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 13 feet possible.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 3 PM EDT Saturday with the largest waves expected around 7 PM EDT Saturday.
