Island de and for Delaware Bay... High pressure east of the Carolinas will give way to low pressure forming off the Virginia CAPES tonight. That low moves east out to sea on Wednesday as high pressure briefly regains control over the mid Atlantic states. Then low pressure in the Ohio Valley Wednesday night moves northeast toward Canada on Thursday as a secondary area of low pressure forms near the mid Atlantic coast. High pressure in the plains slowly edges toward the mid Atlantic states Friday and Saturday.
