northeast to the offshore waters off Savannah Georgia early Mon. The
low will accelerate NE to the waters off of Cape Hatteras by Mon
evening...and to Cape Cod by Tue morning. High pressure will build
in from the N Tue and Wed...followed by a cold front moving across
the waters from the west Thu.
